Marc asked Julia if she wanted to watch the Olympics tonight. She said yes, but she wants to watch the ones where the people fall in the water. :) At first I thought that was her weird way of talking about diving, but really she meant that she wanted to watch the show, "Wipeout."
Have you ever seen it? It's on Tuesdays at 8pm. It's something ABC is showing to fill the summer slot. It's hilarious. One of the commentators is from ESPN, the other is the John from the old Talk Soup. It's just about the furthest thing from the Olympics that you can get. The only qualification that they have is that you have the ability to swim. I don't know how they expect anyone to make it through the obstacle course. Anyway, if you get a chance, watch a few minutes. It even made my stepdad laugh, and he is more of the Nova and intelligent tv type of watcher.
